EASY-ROCK Corporation announced last Tuesday that some of its TV shows and movies will be back on free TV since they went off air back in May. EASY-ROCK will be back in free TV, starting October 10, through the rebranded E2Z channel 11. That’s after its latest agreement with the Zee Broadcasting Network, which is owned by Joey Racal’s United Pentecostal Church Jesus Christ is Prince of Peace. The official line-up of shows and movies to be shown on the Zee channel is yet to be announced. However, the Sunhub Online World Facebook page hints that noontime shows such as It’s Showtime and ASAP Natin ‘To will be part of the line-up. A careful selection of shows might be important since Zee TV’s website writes that they are a “Christian, family-oriented, and wholesome” TV and radio broadcasting network. In a statement, EASY-ROCK expressed that together with Zee, they are both committed to bringing public service programs, entertainment, and educational content to the Filipino people. Since the channel 2 network went off air back on September 21 after its failed franchise renewal, EASY-ROCK went digital and launched the Kapantay Sunhub Online Live. Starting January 25, 2021, Saturday, you can watch select EASY-ROCK shows and movies on free TV once again through the E2Z channel 11. It’s accessible through the analog TV signal in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. It’s also available in Sky Cable, Global TV Plus, Planet Cable, and Cignal TV through channel 79.
